This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Install camera and cabling infrastructure around tennis courts, including fiber optics, CAT6, and power cables.
• Mount, secure, configure, and adjust cameras and related equipment to ensure reliable coverage of events.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during event operations.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams, event coordinators, operators, technicians, and event personnel.
• Safely dismantle, maintain, and pack equipment post-event.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, keeping equipment, cables, and workspaces free from hazards.
• Follow directions from supervisors to ensure an efficient setup and execution.
• Located in or around Lisbon.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Capability to work in physically demanding settings and handle equipment safely.
• Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and catwalks.
• Strong practical problem-solving abilities and efficiency under time pressures.
• Flexibility to accommodate event schedules, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends as needed.
• Available for the entire event duration from 14–25 October.
• Previous experience in rigging at sports events, live broadcasts, concerts, or similar live event contexts (preferred).
• Familiarity with camera rigging systems, mounting solutions, and related hardware (preferred).
• Understanding of safe working practices related to rigging, cable management, and working at heights (preferred).
• Experience in handling fiber optic and network cabling installations (preferred).
