This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.
• Take ownership of and manage essential financial systems, such as NetSuite, FloQast, and Ramp.
• Oversee system configuration, business logic, and daily operational health.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive, or error-prone finance processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and procure-to-pay.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on substantial automation projects and cross-system integrations.
• Act as the expert in finance-related business logic and data.
• Establish and uphold system rules and canonical data definitions.
• Develop cross-system integrations using a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform.
• Convert finance and accounting requirements into actionable system capabilities.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders in finance and accounting.
• Serve as the technical lead for onboarding, configuring, and managing financial vendors.
• Leverage modern AI tools to create automations and expedite routine system tasks.
• Report directly to the Manager of Enterprise Systems.
• 3-6 years of experience in administering a financial or ERP system.
• Hands-on administration of NetSuite is mandatory.
• Familiarity with NetSuite configuration, customization, user access, roles, permissions, and workflows is required.
• Understanding of General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Accounts, and multi-location/subsidiary structures.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing custom records, fields, and automations.
• Experience in building SuiteFlow automations.
• Proficient in managing the NetSuite integration ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable/procure-to-pay, and revenue processes.
• Proven success in automating repetitive manual tasks using scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, or low-code/iPaaS tools.
• Good judgment in system configuration, cross-system integration, and source-of-truth decisions.
• Comfortable with SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation.
• Ability to analyze and understand integrations.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills across finance and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Experience with FloQast and/or Ramp administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with central integration platforms or event-driven environments is advantageous.
• Comfort with AI coding and automation tools is an added benefit.
• Depth in SuiteScript, RESTlets, or NetSuite web services is a bonus.
