NetSuite Product Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain functional components of NetSuite products, with a focus on localizations.

• Convert business and product requirements into effective NetSuite solutions.

• Generate and update functional specifications, user stories, estimates, test scenarios, and associated documentation.

• Conduct functional testing and validation to ensure product quality and readiness for release.

• Investigate, resolve, or escalate complex product support issues.

• Maintain documentation for functional products and end-users.

• Implement and configure standard product solutions.

• Promote ongoing product enhancement and lifecycle activities.

• Assist with solution demonstrations, sales support, training, and knowledge sharing.

• Provide functional expertise to customer projects and larger product development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth functional knowledge of NetSuite and its customization features, including SuiteBuilder, Saved Searches, Workbooks, custom fields and records, and workflows.

• Familiarity with best practices in NetSuite development and customization.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing business solutions within NetSuite environments.

• Solid accounting background with a strong grasp of finance and accounting processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes and ERP systems.

• Capability to translate business needs into practical functional solutions.

• Experience in creating functional specifications and solution documentation.

• Knowledge of functional testing, quality assurance, and release validation.

• Proficient in analyzing issues and identifying effective, scalable solutions.

• Strong and structured communication abilities.
