NetSuite Finance SME, Portuguese Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical contact for Portuguese-speaking users located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

• Address intricate issues related to the Finance and Accounting modules in NetSuite at the L2/L3 support level.

• Offer specialized assistance for Avalara integrations.

• Ensure compliance with Brazilian statutory tax regulations.

• Oversee and document support inquiries using the Teamwork Desk platform while upholding the partner's brand image.

• Guide the client on best practices in NetSuite for financial reporting, period closing, and accounting processes.

• Represent the partner to their end-client in a high-touch, white-label support format.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or professional-level proficiency in Portuguese, both written and spoken.

• At least 5+ years of practical experience with NetSuite, particularly focused on Finance and Accounting modules.

• Demonstrated experience with Avalara tax automation in a NetSuite setting.

• Exceptional client-facing abilities.

• Capability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in both Portuguese and English.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
