NetSuite Consulting Manager – Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation of NetSuite Financials for enterprise clients.

• Facilitate discovery workshops and convert business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions.

• Configure and deploy NetSuite Financial modules, encompassing GL, chart of accounts, AP, AR, cash management, fixed assets, financial reporting, multi-book accounting, OneWorld, intercompany transactions and eliminations, currency management and consolidation, financial close processes, and ARM.

• Lead functional design workshops and propose best-practice financial workflows.

• Cultivate client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

• Guide both onshore and offshore consulting teams during implementation and support activities.

• Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and reporting specifications.

• Assist in pre-sales efforts through demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal crafting, and solution architecture development.

• Guarantee successful project execution and high levels of client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in NetSuite Functional Consulting with a strong focus on Financials.

• Direct experience in implementing NetSuite Financial Management for enterprise clients.

• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld (Multi-Entity), Advanced Revenue Management, General Ledger, chart of accounts, financial reporting, multi-book accounting, intercompany accounting and eliminations, multi-currency and consolidation, and financial close management.

• Proven experience leading multiple full-scale NetSuite ERP implementations.

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial business processes.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in leading functional consulting teams and managing client engagements.

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is preferred.

• NetSuite Financial User or Administrator Certification is an advantage.

• Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Financial Dashboards, and reporting.

• Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, payroll, banking, tax, or third-party financial systems.

• Background in consulting or professional services.

• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, and proposal development.
