This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Acquire knowledge about the company, functional design, and technical design documents during the implementation ramp-up phase.
• Collaborate with the implementation team throughout configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and the go-live process.
• Oversee roles, permissions, and security protocols as the environment shifts to internal management.
• Handle daily NetSuite administration tasks, including user permissions, saved searches, custom reports, financial dashboards, and end-user support ticketing.
• Supervise automated daily and weekly posting pipelines that produce journal entries, customer invoices, credit memos, and statistical journal entries.
• Investigate failed or imbalanced batches, confirm clearing account nets, and manage rerun and reprocessing procedures adhering to a Mountain-time daily cutoff.
• Maintain integration mapping tables for campgrounds, revenue categories, departments, fee types, and tax type values.
• Assist with weekly franchise royalty invoicing, credit memos, advertising fund contributions, and rewards revenue allocations.
• Administer Advanced Revenue Management, encompassing revenue recognition rules, revenue arrangements and plans, deferred revenue rollforward, and exception searches.
• Design and uphold SuiteFlow workflows, custom fields, forms, and records.
• Monitor and manage data flows between NetSuite and K2, the analytics warehouse pipeline, payment processing, OTA settlement feeds, expense management, and franchise systems.
• Develop and sustain financial and operational reporting, including metrics such as site nights, occupancy, and average daily rate.
• Create process documentation and conduct end-user training across departmental teams.
• Oversee biannual NetSuite release updates and sandbox testing.
• 3–5+ years of direct NetSuite administration experience.
• Ideally, experience in a full-time capacity within a multi-subsidiary NetSuite OneWorld environment.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), chart of accounts, accruals, and deferrals.
• Practical experience with multi-subsidiary structures, intercompany transactions, consolidation processes, and U.S./Canada multi-currency operations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management, including revenue recognition rules, arrangements, plans, and deferred revenue reporting, or a robust revenue accounting background with the ability to transition into ARM.
• Capability to triage integration batch failures, reconcile automated postings, and collaborate with data and integration teams.
• Advanced skills in SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, Custom Records, and CSV import and data management tools.
• Proficiency in reading script execution logs, triaging errors, and supporting developers.
• Quick learning ability in a complex integrated environment.
• Understanding of franchise or multi-unit business models, including royalty and advertising fund billing, franchisee receivables, property-level reporting, and high-volume summarized daily activity.
• Capacity to work effectively as a fully dedicated remote team member.
• Commitment to a single, full-time position; not intended for shared or fractional engagements.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in information systems, business systems, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Concur Expense, Concur Invoice, and asset management systems is advantageous.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and lift/carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to drive to KOA locations, other sites, and conferences as required.
• Openness and ability to travel in all weather conditions.

• Occasional travel to the Billings, Montana headquarters for candidates willing to make the trip.
