.NET Developer – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain APIs and backend services utilizing .NET Core and the most recent versions of the .NET framework.

• Collaborate on the architectural design for new features and the enhancement of current systems.

• Maintain code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adhering to development best practices such as SOLID principles and Clean Architecture.

• Develop and improve observability solutions, which include metrics, logging, and tracing.

• Utilize tools like Dynatrace to oversee the availability, health, and performance of applications in a production environment.

• Engage with cloud infrastructure, assisting with the deployment and management of services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly focusing on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Actively take part in Agile ceremonies, adhering to either Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Conduct code reviews and aid in the technical growth of the team.

• Detect performance bottlenecks and suggest optimization strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in .NET Core, .NET 8, or later versions, along with the C# programming language.

• Experience in developing and integrating APIs.

• Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing methodologies.

• Proficient in using Dynatrace for monitoring applications, tracing, and performance evaluation.

• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, ideally focusing on GKE.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Familiar with microservices architecture.

• Understanding of asynchronous communication, queues, and messaging technologies such as Kafka or Pub/Sub.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.

• Insight into SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and best practices in software engineering.
