.NET Backend Developer, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain backend APIs and services utilizing .NET Core and the latest releases of the .NET framework.

• Collaborate on the architecture definition for new features while enhancing existing systems.

• Ensure code quality by applying unit and integration testing along with development best practices such as SOLID and Clean Architecture.

• Implement and improve observability solutions encompassing metrics, logs, and traces.

• Utilize Dynatrace to monitor the availability, health, and performance of applications in production environments.

• Engage with cloud infrastructure, facilitating the deployment and management of services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with an emphasis on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Actively take part in Agile ceremonies, adhering to Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the technical advancement of the team.

• Detect performance issues and recommend optimization strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET 8 or later, and C#.

• Experience in developing and integrating APIs.

• Understanding of unit and integration testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with Dynatrace for application monitoring, tracing, and performance evaluation.

• Practical expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, particularly GKE.

• Strong SQL capabilities and familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Experience in microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of asynchronous communication, queues, and messaging through technologies like Kafka or Pub/Sub.

• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.

• Familiarity with SOLID, Clean Architecture, and best practices in software engineering.
