.NET Backend Developer – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain backend APIs and services utilizing .NET Core and the latest iterations of the .NET framework.

• Collaborate in the architectural design of new features and the advancement of existing systems.

• Maintain code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and robust development methodologies such as SOLID principles and Clean Architecture.

• Develop and improve observability solutions, encompassing metrics, logging, and tracing.

• Utilize tools like Dynatrace to oversee the availability, health, and performance of applications in a production environment.

• Engage with cloud infrastructure, supporting the deployment and management of services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies, adhering to Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Perform code reviews and assist in the technical advancement of the team.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in .NET Core, .NET 8 or later, and the C# programming language.

• Experience in developing and integrating APIs.

• Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing methodologies.

• Experience utilizing Dynatrace for application monitoring, tracing, and performance evaluation.

• Practical understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes, ideally GKE.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Understanding of asynchronous communication, queues, and messaging technologies, such as Kafka or Pub/Sub.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

• Familiar with SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and software engineering best practices.
