.NET and Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Gain an in-depth understanding of the solution architecture, codebases, and data models related to Microsoft Dataverse and C#/.NET services within Azure.

• Design, develop, and test containerized service solutions in Dataverse and C#/.NET to address new requirements and resolve defects.

• Create automated tests that align with project-level standards.

• Evaluate, document, and analyze existing Power Platform Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows.

• Suggest enhancements and provide level-of-effort estimates to improve reliability, performance, usability, and maintainability.

• Engage in backlog grooming, story refinement, and sessions with clients.

• Design, implement, and test new applications and enhancements, including Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, dashboards, and other Power Platform functionalities.

• Assist in development, testing, and production environments through deployment and maintenance tasks.

• Collaborate through pair programming, open team communication, and the adoption of AI-driven development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person.

• Advanced proficiency in .NET Core.

• Strong understanding of microservices and lightweight application architectures.

• Skilled in Docker-based containerization.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Container Registry.

• Expertise in developing .NET/C# applications, including console applications, Azure Functions, and containerized services.

• Background in creating model-driven Power Apps in Dataverse, including plugin development using C#.

• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, CLIN, and RooCode.

• Competence in data model design.

• Experience with build and release pipelines in GitHub or Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of Power Platform environment configuration and administration.

• Must have U.S. work authorization without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

• Must possess a Public Trust clearance level.
