AI Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Develop guardrails for AI tools, which encompass permissions, sandboxing, and agent change-control protocols.

• Revise CI/CD processes for changes generated by agents.

• Create automated quality control measures for code written by LLMs, including static analysis, test coverage gates, dependency and secrets scanning, and regression detection.

• Take ownership of the release gate and establish criteria for blocking deployments.

• Collaborate with product managers to deliver safe-by-default tools and patterns.

• Implement and oversee technical compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR standards.

• Automate control processes, gather compliance evidence, and monitor for policy deviations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product engineering team.

• A degree in computer science or a related field can indicate engineering fundamentals, but it is not a strict requirement.

• Strong experience with GCP or a similar cloud platform.

• Expertise in Terraform and Terragrunt, managing infrastructure across various environments.

• A solid DevOps background, including experience with pipelines, observability, and incident response.

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language for developing internal tools.

• A genuine technical interest in AI engineering.

• Capability to work autonomously on issues without predefined playbooks.

• Ability to collaborate closely with the InfoSec Officer to translate policy into effective controls.

• Sound judgment to postpone a release when readiness is in question.

• Strong communication skills to facilitate release decisions effectively without creating bottlenecks.
