This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Responding to inquiries from German residential clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Effectively addressing customer requests over the phone.

• Identifying and considering customer needs while providing client-centered services.

• Ensuring compliance with service agreements.

• Following established processes to resolve customer inquiries.

• Contributing to process improvements.

• Independently managing customer interactions to meet and exceed quality expectations.

• Supporting customer satisfaction and resolving issues.

• Achieving sales targets following sales training.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 level proficiency in German / Deutsch Sprachniveau C2.

• Willingness to work in multiple shifts and on weekends; no night shifts.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Customer-centric mindset.

• Computer literacy; MS Office knowledge required according to the German segment.

• Solution-oriented personality.

• High emotional intelligence and soft skills.

• Timely achievement of goals while providing excellent customer service.

• Ability to learn and acquire knowledge.

• High school diploma / Abitur required.
