This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Respond to customer inquiries

• Ensure outstanding customer service

• Work in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday or Monday to Sunday, depending on the project

• Have two days off per week

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch

• Proficient in English at a B2 level

• Basic computer skills

• Customer-oriented attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to relocate to Athens this month or start remotely
