National Training Manager – Automotive F&I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide support for all client training requests assigned to you.

• Conduct training sessions through University / Academy classes, Train the Trainer classes, Virtual Webinars, and other formats.

• Collaborate with the Safe-Guard Sales and Marketing Team, Agents, Field Staff, OEM, and Consolidators to schedule training dates and determine topics.

• Lead instructional sessions on the F&I interview/menu sales process as a Subject Matter Expert for the development of F&I training.

• Assist in the creation of content for both new and existing training programs.

• Facilitate nationwide training events, which include multi-day Performance Workshops, Train-the-Trainer workshops, ride-along and in-dealership coaching sessions, one-day/half-day training events, and virtual training.

• Act as a Training Consultant for new projects and initiatives, including LMS and new curriculum.

• Serve as the training liaison for field teams.

• Function as the dealership Subject Matter Expert for the development of external and internal training content.

• Update training materials as required.

• Serve as the Training Project Liaison.

• Report directly to the Sr. National Sales Director, Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trainer and F&I Manager.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% or more.

• Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to read, write, and speak BOTH English and French in a business context.

• Must be completely fluent in both English and French.

• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a positive attitude.

• Capability to utilize various platforms to deliver content remotely.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively lead a session focused on training F&I products and processes.

• Must be authorized to work in Canada.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Professional recognitions, certifications, or awards within the automotive industry are considered advantageous.
