National Trainer – West Coast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assist in the delivery of product, service, and sales training throughout the North American Aftermarket.

• Organize field training activities within the U.S. and work alongside global training teams.

• Aid in the management of training materials, digital content, and external training resources.

• Help plan and coordinate training programs, ensuring they are aligned and preventing overlaps across regions.

• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of both digital and hands-on training content.

• Support the growth of online training tools and learning platforms.

• Address training requests and prioritize them according to business requirements.

• Take part in conducting product training sessions for internal teams and clientele.

• Maintain records of training procedures, materials, and best practices.

• Monitor and report on training participation and effectiveness metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred in roles such as Technician, Engineer, or Technical Trainer.

• An Associate’s degree is preferred.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong mechanical comprehension.

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

• Capability to support training delivery for both small and large audiences.

• Advanced technical skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

• A customer-focused approach and a professional communication style.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50–70% of the time.
