National Sales Training Manager – Edema

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Design, develop, and implement training modules for field sales, clinical sales, and customer accounts, encompassing onboarding, product education, clinical training, and selling skills enhancement.

β€’ Create and execute an annual SMART sales training plan.

β€’ Collaborate with sales, clinical sales, marketing, national accounts, customer service, and Product Management to gather competitive insights, analyze market trends, manage product launches, and assess training needs.

β€’ Develop content and conduct engaging customer training for both national and regional key accounts.

β€’ Provide product demonstrations and educational presentations to influence purchasing decisions and facilitate customer adoption of edema products.

β€’ Generate training content and educational resources that align with corporate guidelines and strategic objectives.

β€’ Identify training needs, performance gaps, and opportunities for improving sales-force effectiveness in conjunction with sales leadership.

β€’ Oversee the planning and execution of National and Regional Sales Meetings, including content creation, speaker selection, session management, and follow-up activities.

β€’ Conduct quarterly field rides to gather customer insights and pinpoint training opportunities.

β€’ Attend and actively engage in quarterly in-person Plan-of-Action meetings.

β€’ Utilize sales data, performance metrics, and analytics to uncover trends and knowledge gaps.

β€’ Support cross-functional strategic initiatives, global projects, and corporate programs.

β€’ Develop and facilitate Virtual Instructor-Led Training and Instructor-Led Training utilizing various platforms.

β€’ Create multimedia training resources, such as videos, livestreamed training sessions, digital learning tools, and interactive learning solutions.

β€’ Promote the corporate values and culture of Sigvaris.

β€’ Communicate efficiently across all organizational levels and departments while ensuring timely communication.

β€’ Adhere to company standards, industry regulations, ISO standards, 6S, Lean Manufacturing principles, and legal requirements.

β€’ Maintain accurate records that support the Sigvaris Quality System and Quality Policy.

β€’ Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth workflow.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree is required.

β€’ A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales training role.

β€’ Preferred candidates will have training experience in medical compression therapy (and related products) and a solid understanding of venous disease and the lymphedema and lipedema markets, though this is not mandatory.

β€’ Ability to design and implement annual sales training plans and develop training programs.

β€’ Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

β€’ Stay informed by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and engaging in professional organizations.

β€’ Strong customer-facing skills.

β€’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

β€’ Willingness to listen and capability to think creatively and innovatively.

β€’ Skills in budget management and financial proficiency.

β€’ Professional judgment and discretion are essential.

β€’ Must reside near a major airport.

β€’ Successful completion of a background check, including MVR, employment and education verification, and a drug test, will be required prior to hiring.

β€’ Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
