This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, design, and execute training modules tailored for the field sales team and customer accounts, encompassing new hire orientation and product education.
• Formulate and implement annual sales training strategies utilizing the SMART framework.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, national accounts, and customer service teams to gather competitive insights, market trends, product innovations, and training materials.
• Create engaging content and deliver interactive training sessions for national and regional key accounts.
• Generate high-quality content that adheres to corporate guidelines to enhance SIGVARIS brand recognition.
• Assess training needs and identify gaps in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Regional Sales Managers to boost sales force efficiency.
• Conduct product demonstrations to sway purchasing decisions.
• Participate in the planning, content creation, and execution of both national and regional sales meetings.
• Attend and support regional/national trade shows, conferences, and meetings.
• Design and lead virtual and instructor-led training across various digital platforms.
• Utilize video-editing software/apps to create and stream live training modules when appropriate.
• Advocate for SIGVARIS corporate values and company culture both internally and externally.
• Maintain effective communication across all levels and departments while ensuring timely, transparent communication with both internal and external customers.
• Adhere to company policies, industry standards, ISO, 6S, Lean Manufacturing, and legal regulations.
• Keep accurate records that support the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy.
• Execute other designated duties to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a sales trainer is required.
• Ideal candidates will possess training experience in medical compression therapy (and related products) and have a thorough understanding of venous disease, as well as the lymphedema and lipedema markets, though this is not essential.
• Experience in creating training modules using various Learning Management Systems (LMS) is necessary.
• Capability to develop and execute annual sales training plans and design training programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Keep job knowledge current by engaging in educational opportunities, reading professional literature, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Strong customer-facing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Open to listening and able to think creatively and innovatively.
• Skills in budget management and financial proficiency.
• Demonstrated professional judgment and discretion.
• Must reside near a major airport.
• Successful completion of a background check, including MVR, employment and education verification, and drug testing, is required prior to hire.
