
National Sales Manager, Lender Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive new business initiatives, enhance current accounts, and boost transaction volume across Vitu's product offerings aimed at lenders.
• Formulate and implement a national sales strategy focused on banks, credit unions, captive finance companies, independent finance firms, servicing organizations, and other automotive lenders.
• Engage in daily outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, professional networking, referrals, industry events, and face-to-face meetings.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers in lending, servicing, collateral management, title operations, repossession, compliance, risk, finance, and executive leadership.
• Conduct virtual and in-person discovery sessions, workflow evaluations, product demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Guide opportunities through the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contracting, implementation handoff, and initial transaction acceptance.
• Assess lender, dealership, title, lien, payoff, and repossession workflows, translating challenges into quantifiable business cases.
• Suggest solutions based on customer portfolios, transaction volumes, operational models, geographical footprints, technology settings, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts regarding title, registration, lien, repossession, and implementation needs.
• Create proposals, pricing suggestions, return-on-investment evaluations, and formal presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, implementation expectations, and contractual obligations.
• Foster consensus among operational, technical, legal, compliance, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Maintain ownership of opportunities until agreements are finalized and implementation duties are transitioned.
• Craft account-growth strategies and assist in successful customer launches alongside implementation, training, operations, customer success, and account management teams.
• Track adoption and transaction activity, pinpoint obstacles, coordinate corrective measures, and conduct follow-up training and business reviews.
• Discover cross-selling opportunities for lender, dealership, titling, registration, and repossession solutions.
• Utilize HubSpot and other company systems to document prospecting, opportunities, forecasts, next steps, and account details.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and relay market intelligence to leadership.
• Participate in industry conferences and trade shows, and travel to key prospects and customer locations.
• Build relationships with industry associations, technology vendors, servicing organizations, dealer groups, lenders, and strategic partners.
• Represent Vitu as a knowledgeable authority on automotive lending and dealership operations.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience selling to, working for, or directly supporting automotive lenders.
• Knowledge of automotive lending operations, including loan origination and funding, lien perfection, Electronic Lien and Title, collateral and title management, loan servicing, vehicle payoffs, lien releases, repossessions, remarketing, and compliance and audit standards.
• At least three years of direct experience in or closely supporting automotive dealership operations.
• Familiarity with dealership processes, including finance and insurance, deal funding, title and registration, payoff processing, vehicle sales and delivery, inventory management, used-vehicle acquisition, repossession or auction purchases, accounting or office operations, dealer management systems, and state motor vehicle agency requirements.
• A minimum of five years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales, revenue, or new-business goals.
• Experience managing complex sales that involve multiple operational and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate technical and operational solutions in straightforward business terms.
• Strong skills in prospecting, discovery, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
• Capability to establish credibility quickly with lender executives and dealership operators.
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication abilities.
• Robust organizational, time-management, and pipeline-management skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Proficient with HubSpot or a similar customer relationship management platform.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant industry experience and proven performance (preferred qualification).
