This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute regional sales and market access strategies that align with Siemens’ business objectives.

• Direct, mentor, and cultivate a team of sales professionals specialized in hematology.

• Meet revenue goals and enhance market share within the designated area.

• Establish and nurture relationships with laboratory personnel, healthcare providers, and industry leaders.

• Drive team performance, track objectives, and ensure that regional goals are achieved.

• Utilize knowledge of Siemens clinical products, services, market trends, and competitive dynamics.

• Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closure using Siemens’ CRM system.

• Implement demand-generation campaigns that support key market segments.

• Evaluate internal and external data to offer market and customer insights.

• Create and present expert-level presentations on Siemens Healthineers assays, allergy, and plasma proteins.

• Supply market and customer segment insights to the Leadership Team.

• Collaborate with the Vice President to identify and explore market-segment opportunities.

• Monitor market opportunities and back programs aimed at increasing market share.

• Coordinate efforts with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Clinical/Scientific teams.

• Travel within the designated territory to engage customers, attend sales events, and partake in training.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or medical health sciences (such as medical technology, biology, clinical chemistry, etc.).

• Over 10 years of experience in a commercial organization focusing on sales/marketing, ideally within clinical diagnostics.

• Prior experience in sales management is essential.

• Possess technical expertise with the ability to organize and prioritize departmental personnel and tasks.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Knowledge of relevant disease states, laboratory practices, and competitive testing methodologies is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned geography; approximately 60% travel required.

• Ability to handle controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
