This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, mentor, and enhance the skills of a team of Business Development Executives focused on selling lead-generation services to law firms nationwide.
• Achieve team revenue goals and cultivate a robust sales culture.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline assessments, and coaching sessions on calls and deals.
• Monitor individual and team performance against key performance indicators established by the Director of National Sales.
• Address any instances of underperformance in a timely and constructive manner.
• Analyze CRM data and assess pipeline health for precise reporting and enhancement of conversion rates.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new Business Development Executives.
• Facilitate team sales meetings and provide continuous training on product knowledge, handling objections, and consultative selling methods.
• Represent Walker Advertising at industry trade shows, legal marketing conferences, and client engagements.
• Enhance sales processes, tools, and playbooks.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of National Sales on strategic planning, forecasting, and process enhancements.
• Travel frequently to meet representatives, participate in industry conferences, and connect with key clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated success as a leading salesperson, preferably in legal advertising, legal services, or B2B lead generation.
• Previous experience in people management or team leadership is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Excellent coaching and communication abilities, with a talent for motivating a team and holding individuals accountable with empathy.
• Proficient in analyzing pipeline and performance metrics, including CRM reporting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and common sales engagement tools such as SalesLoft and Apollo.
• Openness and capability to travel nationally on a regular basis.
