This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement a strategic sales initiative aimed at enhancing Altisource's Default Services portfolio.
• Discover, target, and finalize new business ventures with mortgage servicers, banks, credit unions, GSE servicers, investors, hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional partners.
• Utilize existing industry connections and foster executive-level collaborations to promote revenue growth.
• Engage in prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and consultative sales efforts.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive Salesforce pipeline.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales processes involving default servicing, asset management, operations, loss mitigation, REO, and procurement decision-makers.
• Deliver value-driven solutions that enhance asset performance, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, foreclosure timelines, and recovery outcomes.
• Cultivate opportunities throughout the default lifecycle, from delinquency and foreclosure to REO disposition and CWCOT transactions.
• Collaborate with operations, client success, implementation, and executive leadership teams on the onboarding and execution of sold services.
• Represent Altisource at industry conferences, mortgage servicing gatherings, investor forums, and trade associations.
• Work alongside Marketing and Product teams to develop go-to-market strategies, client-facing materials, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Stay informed on regulatory requirements, servicing trends, investor guidelines, and market dynamics impacting default servicing clients.
• Significant experience in default servicing and field services sales within the mortgage sector.
• Over 7 years of enterprise sales experience in default-related services.
• Proven track record of successful interactions with top-tier lenders, servicers, banks, investors, and capital markets stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and managing intricate enterprise sales cycles with annual contract values surpassing $1M.
• Total annual sales production of $2 million or more in recurring revenue.
• Established portfolio of clients in mortgage servicing, banking, lending, investing, or REO.
• Strong network of executive and operational contacts across mortgage servicers, financial institutions, investors, GSEs, and asset management firms.
• Consistent achievement or surpassing of revenue goals.
• In-depth knowledge in property preservation, renovations, title, trustee services, foreclosure operations, REO asset management, auction marketing, and CWCOT execution.
• Exceptional skills in business development and consultative selling.
• Comprehensive understanding of default servicing processes, foreclosure workflows, investor requirements, regulatory considerations, and real estate disposition strategies.
• Proven ability to cultivate executive relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and secure multi-service enterprise agreements.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and contemporary sales enablement tools.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating across various business units.
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and client management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated sales success.
• Existing book of business and relationships with leading mortgage servicers, banks, investors, and asset owners.
• Recognized industry presence through participation in conferences, speaking engagements, trade association involvement, or leadership roles within the mortgage servicing sector.
