This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a national portfolio of business and oversee the full-cycle sales process within key Workers’ Compensation sectors.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new accounts with payers, third-party administrators, self-insured employers, and managed care organizations.
• Create and sustain a strong sales pipeline with specific targets aligned to revenue objectives.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with claims directors, medical directors, VP-level operations leaders, and C-suite executives.
• Comprehend account objectives and challenges to effectively position suitable solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Workers’ Compensation workflows, regulatory frameworks, and care pathways.
• Customize proposals and presentations to achieve measurable results such as shorter claim durations, reduced litigation rates, and quicker access to care.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regional regulatory changes, network dynamics, and competitor offerings.
• Provide market insights to leadership to aid in strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance teams for delivery, implementation transitions, pilot projects, and contract negotiations.
• Represent Scan.com at national conferences and state-specific Workers’ Compensation gatherings.
• Establish a network within the Workers’ Compensation landscape to foster inbound interest and referral connections.
• Ensure accurate CRM data management and provide pipeline and forecast updates to leadership.
• Monitor conversion rates, deal velocity, average contract values, and account retention key performance indicators.
• Proven experience in managing full-cycle sales for enterprise or mid-market clients, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation landscape, including typical buyer personas, workflows, and regulatory factors.
• Familiarity with the role of diagnostic imaging within the continuum of care for injured workers.
• Strong consultative selling abilities, particularly in translating operational challenges into clear, outcome-oriented solutions.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex sales processes.
• Comfortable working across departments to shape pilot programs, implementation strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Structured in managing pipelines, forecasting, and maintaining CRM integrity.
• Expected to utilize AI tools daily for drafting, analysis, and research, ensuring responsible use of sensitive data.
