This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
β’ Collaborate with major P&C carriers to align Duck Creek solutions with customer business objectives.
β’ Oversee all facets of sales cycles within designated accounts.
β’ Educate both prospective and existing clients on solutions and competitive positioning.
β’ Acquire new top-tier business while nurturing existing accounts.
β’ Serve as a sales expert, providing support to senior leadership on sales, design, product, and technology matters.
β’ Establish formal networks with key decision-makers and act as an external spokesperson.
β’ Foster relationships with influencers and gain business insights into assigned accounts.
β’ Lead, guide, coach, and mentor Sales Directors.
β’ Assist in the onboarding and training of new Sales Directors.
β’ Mentor Sales Directors in pipeline creation and management.
β’ Formulate and implement prospecting strategies to identify, qualify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
β’ Schedule and lead meetings with business leaders and C-level decision-makers.
β’ Develop, sustain, and expand the sales pipeline.
β’ Present customer proposals that clearly articulate the Duck Creek value proposition.
β’ Keep accurate records of account and sales activities in Salesforce.com.
β’ Manage account development and opportunity pursuit from assignment through closure using Salesforce CRM.
β’ Provide accurate forecasts for new bookings.
β’ Create and implement strategies for acquiring new accounts.
β’ Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
β’ Preferred degree or equivalent years of relevant practical experience in a similar role.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in large enterprise Sales, navigating complex business software/IT solutions.
β’ More than 5 years of extensive knowledge within the insurance industry/domain.
β’ Expertise in managing large deal pursuit teams and navigating complex buy-side consensus teams.
β’ Profound understanding of the complete Duck Creek offering, including Service and Support.
β’ High level of sales accomplishments.
β’ Strong experience in long-term planning concerning resources, technology, and account structure.
β’ Capability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
β’ Outstanding communication skills.
β’ Ability to comprehend and interpret carrier strategy, aligning Duck Creek software and service capabilities to C-level stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in managing and leveraging external partner ecosystems.
β’ Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.
β’ Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
β’ May require overnight work schedules.
