Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.

• Oversee and nurture relationships with current clients.

• Offer risk management solutions customized for clients of varying sizes.

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through active prospecting, networking, and marketing strategies.

• Deliver personalized insurance solutions, such as homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters.

• Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Serve as a reliable advisor for clients' personal and family insurance requirements.

• Keep clients updated on market trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations.

• Compile and present regular reports on sales performance and account activities.

• Collaborate with a dedicated service team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid Property and Casualty License.

• Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales.

• Capability to thrive under pressure within a team setting.

• Proficient in effectively prioritizing risks and managing multiple workflows simultaneously.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage.

• Developing knowledge of personal insurance markets for placing new business and grasping the supplemental insurance landscape.

• Strong sales aptitude.

• Familiarity with AMS 360.
