National Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Engage in sales activities concerning incoming group inquiries for Drury Hotels’ accommodations and meeting spaces.

• Address phone, electronic, and internal group leads effectively.

• Enhance revenue for the company, market, and hotel.

• Assist Drury United and Hotel Operations in organizing and managing group bookings.

• Oversee guest room and meeting room details while pursuing group leads from third-party platforms.

• Foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Respond swiftly to inquiries, requests, lead sources, and guest concerns.

• Take part in group booking processes, weekly meetings, training sessions, and departmental policies.

• Communicate with clients, sales teams, and hotel personnel about proposals, contracts, agreements, group resumes, BEOs, rooming lists, billing statements, and follow-up documentation.

• Organize meeting arrangements, including room blocks, meeting functions, catering, and audiovisual services.

• Conduct property tours while staying informed about hotel amenities, rates, and specifics regarding clients and the hotel.

• Monitor client experiences through phone and email communications.

• Notify management about guest feedback, needs, and service improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with Regional Managers, Hotel General Managers, Revenue Strategy & Market Sales, Vertical Sales, National Call Center, Revenue Optimization, Legal, and Marketing teams.

• Adhere to safety and security protocols while performing other assigned tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the hotel industry is required.

• Experience in sales and/or meeting planning is necessary.

• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.

• Strong organizational abilities are a must.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is beneficial.

• Excellent verbal and written customer service skills are required.

• Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

• Availability to support department hours: 7 AM–7 PM CST Monday–Friday and 9 AM–4 PM CST Saturday.
