National Recruiting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, interview, recruit, and finalize candidates for agents and management positions within the PMA Field Worksite sales teams.

• Assist Worksite IMOs by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding both licensed and non-licensed agent candidates.

• Create referral networks for identifying agent and management candidates.

• Cultivate new avenues for attracting talent.

• Engage in career fairs and industry association events.

• Explore online platforms for potential sourcing opportunities.

• Foster relationships with the home office recruiting team, field managers, and agents.

• Offer informal coaching on effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.

• Complete weekly KPI reports that reflect goals and metrics.

• Implement established monthly and quarterly recruiting targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting 1099 professional insurance agents.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capacity to set and accomplish goals while being self-motivated.

• A strong desire to assist candidates in achieving success in their careers.

• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Must be able to work during Central or Eastern Time hours.

• All work must be conducted within the United States.
