This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
• Oversee one of Amplity’s oncology Precision Liaison Medicine teams in support of a longstanding client.
• Set and uphold performance benchmarks for Precision Medicine Liaisons and their managers.
• Ensure that program goals, metrics, financial targets, annual business objectives, client expectations, and team objectives are met or surpassed.
• Handle hiring, performance management, administrative tasks, expense management, and employee-related functions.
• Collaborate closely with client management and leadership to facilitate program objectives and eliminate obstacles.
• Implement and fulfill Amplity and client corporate program goals.
• Build, nurture, manage, and lead a team of Precision Medicine Liaisons.
• Formulate and execute business strategies in partnership with the Client Lead.
• Articulate team goals and objectives while fostering a shared vision and teamwork.
• Develop and execute business plans and tactical strategies.
• Ensure that target account goals are achieved and surpassed.
• Organize and lead necessary meetings.
• Assess territory performance and track productivity, metrics, workload, and output.
• Guarantee compliance with policies and procedures and address issues through corrective measures.
• Conduct interviews and hire employees in a manner that complies with EEO regulations.
• Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain expertise in technical, product, competitive, and oncology diagnostics.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes of conduct, privacy and data guidelines, as well as state and federal requirements.
• Manage call activity in line with established expectations and aim to meet or exceed KPS.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Oncology experience is essential.
• At least 5 years of clinical, diagnostic, or pharmaceutical/medical experience is required; 10+ years is preferred.
• Leadership experience in diagnostics, medical, or pharmaceutical fields on a regional or national scale is required; 5-8+ years is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of oncology diagnostics supporting targeted therapeutics is necessary.
• Familiarity with breast or lung cancer is advantageous.
• Experience with national accounts and healthcare systems' change management is desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Proven success in engaging with C-Suite leaders is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with prior experience managing budgets for field teams is advantageous.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and meeting platforms is necessary.
• Strong leadership skills, ideally demonstrated in a national-level position(s), are preferred.
• Experience in hiring and developing team members is essential.
• Second-line management experience (overseeing managers) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationally as needed on a weekly basis.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with keen attention to detail are required.
• Preference for candidates residing near a major airport in Central or Eastern time zones.
• Must successfully complete all Amplity and client-required training.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record is required.
• May need to submit and maintain credentials, including training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation, to access hospitals or healthcare providers.
• May be required to obtain specific representative licenses in certain jurisdictions or hospital systems.
