This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Formulate and implement a nationwide partner sales strategy that aligns with corporate revenue goals.
• Attract new sellers, empower, and expand market coverage to enhance pipeline growth.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews and collaborative planning sessions with partners.
• Identify avenues for partner expansion, growth, and enhanced market presence.
• Take ownership of partner-generated revenue targets, new logo acquisition, and pipeline goals.
• Facilitate co-selling initiatives between internal sales teams and partner organizations.
• Create joint business plans and measurable success metrics with strategic partners.
• Accurately forecast partner-influenced and partner-sourced opportunities.
• Monitor performance against objectives and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Deliver sales enablement programs that enhance partner capabilities and product knowledge.
• Ensure partners comprehend company solutions, value propositions, competitive advantages, and sales processes.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on partner campaigns, events, and demand generation activities.
• Encourage the adoption of new programs, incentives, and sales initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
• Provide market insights to shape product strategy and go-to-market efforts.
• Advocate for partner needs and promote the continuous improvement of partner programs.
• Support executive engagement with key strategic partners.
• Monitor partner performance through KPIs and scorecards.
• Analyze sales trends to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver regular executive reports.
• Ensure adherence to channel policies and partner agreements.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of partner sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Experience in managing national or multi-regional partner relationships.
• Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, and sales execution.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary; 50% or more travel is anticipated.
• Previous direct sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with technology partners, distributors, VARs, MSPs, system integrators, or cloud providers is preferred.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems and modern co-selling strategies is preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and partner management tools is preferred.
