This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Increase F5's revenue, partner-driven pipeline, and overall market share for assigned National Partners.
• Guide National Partners through collaborative business planning, training, sales enablement, and demand-generation marketing efforts.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans with National Partners, which include objectives, goals, go-to-market strategies, activities, and success metrics.
• Conduct weekly cadence calls to track pipeline progress, revenue goals, marketing initiatives, training, certifications, collaboration, and account mapping.
• Relay National Partner initiatives and their alignment with F5's priorities to Channel and Sales leadership.
• Organize and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive briefings.
• Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with National Partners.
• Coordinate with Regional CAMs and Sales Teams on district account strategies.
• Collaborate on marketing calls, activities, and events to maximize ROI.
• Encourage National Partner involvement and sponsorship of F5 events.
• Manage quarter-end processes to ensure timely execution of committed deals.
• Utilize sales tools to analyze business trends, insights, and learnings while promoting the F5 brand and partnerships.
• Oversee National Partner contracts and ensure compliance with partner agreements and obligations.
• Engage in pilot projects or task forces aimed at improving channel offerings, processes, and policies.
• At least 10 years of experience in channel management and technology sales.
• A minimum of 5 years managing National Partners with a proven success record.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong skills in time-management, strategic planning, and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel domestically 30–50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Tableau, Highspot, TechTarget, LinkedIn, and Partner Central.
