National Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Enhance F5's revenue, partner-driven pipeline, and overall market share for the selected National Partner, World Wide Technology (WWT).

• Ensure synergy between WWT and F5 sales teams through collaborative business planning, training, sales enablement, and demand-generation marketing.

• Develop and implement strategic business plans featuring shared objectives, measurable goals, go-to-market strategies, supporting initiatives, and success metrics.

• Review and refresh business plans quarterly through regular precedence and partner QBRs.

• Conduct weekly cadence calls to track pipeline, revenue goals, marketing actions, training, certifications, collaboration, and account mapping.

• Communicate National Partner initiatives and their alignment with F5 priorities to Channel and Sales leadership.

• Organize QBRs and executive briefings between National Partners and F5.

• Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with National Partners.

• Coordinate with Regional CAMs and Sales Teams on district account strategies.

• Collaborate on partner marketing calls, activities, and events, including planning both pre- and post-event.

• Encourage National Partner involvement and sponsorship in F5 events such as AppWorld and Partner Connect.

• Manage quarter-end processes for committed deals and maintain communication with Regional CAMs and Sales Teams.

• Utilize sales tools to analyze business trends, insights, and learnings while promoting the F5 brand and partnerships.

• Oversee National Partner contracts and ensure adherence to partner agreements and obligations.

• Engage in pilot projects or task force groups aimed at enhancing channel offerings, processes, and policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in channel management and technology sales.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing National Partners with a proven success record.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Strong skills in time management, strategic planning, and business acumen.

• Willingness to travel domestically 30–50% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of training and experience.

• Proficiency in using Salesforce, Tableau, Highspot, Tech Target, LinkedIn, and Partner Central.
