This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build strong business relationships with top-tier Walker clients to encourage enduring partnerships.
• Train law firm intake teams to capitalize on Walker leads and enhance firm performance.
• Forecast and analyze the return on investment for clients from Walker leads.
• Monitor client conversion rates and provide coaching to improve those rates.
• Strategize the distribution of limited lead inventory among clients.
• Utilize industry connections and insights from the legal field to enhance client value.
• Meet with clients to assess the performance of Walker products and identify further product requirements.
• Understand settlement values and geographic strengths of contracts to inform client investments.
• Relay client concerns and potential deals to management.
• Clarify intricate lead contracts to prospective clients and manage their expectations.
• Develop a deep understanding of Walker products, elite clients, and company history to foster relationships with prospects.
• Create and execute targeted email campaigns and workflows.
• Work towards achieving pipeline and sales objectives.
• Attract new clients by leveraging Walker’s conversion rates and strong reputation.
• Communicate product return on investment effectively to potential clients.
• Attend conferences and seminars to cultivate in-person connections with prospects.
• Meet or surpass sales, pipeline, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Proven skills in new business development and retaining clients for the long term.
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
• Excellent forecasting abilities.
• Exceptional skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams, Zoom, and Salesforce.
• Strong client-focused account management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Law, Business, Finance, or Sales.
• Experience in understanding and managing complex sales cycles.
• Over 5 years of experience selling to C-level executives or business owners, preferably within law firms.
• Excellent skills in face-to-face, virtual, phone interactions, and written communication.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive needs analyses and build relationships with senior leaders.
• Willingness and capability to attend relevant conferences and seminars.
