This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement long-term account strategies to enhance equipment retention, facilitate replacement planning, drive standardization initiatives, and promote sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with local BMH channel representatives to achieve account goals across various regions.
• Recognize, nurture, and secure competitive conversion opportunities.
• Guide customers through the phases of implementation, installation, adoption, and continuous account management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with executive-level customers and key opinion leaders.
• Cultivate internal partnerships within GE HealthCare to synchronize customer strategies and broaden engagement opportunities.
• Act as the main advocate for customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate efforts among local BMH sales representatives, modality sales teams, service, engineering, product management, clinical, operations, and commercial stakeholders.
• Analyze intricate customer and market challenges, formulating strategic recommendations and solutions.
• Travel 20–30% of the time to foster customer relationships, participate in trade shows, and implement strategic account initiatives.
• Propel orders and revenue growth, ensure account retention and expansion, manage fleet operations, oversee replacement planning, drive standardization, facilitate competitive conversions, enhance customer satisfaction, build partnerships, develop pipelines, and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment, national account, or comparable healthcare sales.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business while safeguarding and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with interpersonal, relationship-building, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and work collaboratively across matrixed teams and diverse commercial organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex customer relationships and coordinating cross-functional resources to address issues and achieve outcomes.
• Excellent consultative selling skills.
• Capability to influence stakeholders ranging from frontline users to executive leadership.
• Self-motivated and well-organized.
• Effective at working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, when applicable.
