This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the commercial strategy and execution for designated Mass channels.
• Propel distribution growth, enhance sales performance, and ensure profitable expansion across key accounts.
• Oversee daily account management with distributors, cross-functional teams, and retail partners.
• Identify untapped opportunities and convert insights into effective distribution, merchandising, and promotional strategies.
• Optimize sales volume, revenue, and profitability through data-driven sales tactics, pricing strategies, promotions, and trade investment management.
• Collaborate with customers on category management and assortment planning.
• Work closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain on store resets, product launches, and in-store initiatives.
• Create and deliver tailored annual and quarterly business plans.
• Represent Swisher at trade shows, industry functions, and customer meetings.
• Track performance, execution quality, and market feedback, making adjustments to plans as necessary.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales.
• In-depth customer knowledge and experience managing Walmart accounts.
• Familiarity with Walmart systems and operational processes.
• Proficient in utilizing Scintilla data and analytics.
• Experience with Walmart Connect and Walmart.com platforms.
• Background in Joint Business Planning (JBP) and its execution.
• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of employment.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays.
• Capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing 45 lbs or more.
• Ability to navigate convenience stores, warehouses, and retail environments, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
• Capability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
