This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee Swisher’s designated national accounts within the Grocery and Dollar channels, along with their distributors.
• Propel volume, revenue, and market share growth through strategic sales initiatives, relationship building, and the implementation of customer business plans.
• Formulate and execute customer business plans that align with channel strategies and account objectives.
• Lead Joint Business Planning efforts while collaborating with buyers and category managers.
• Utilize category, shopper, and financial data to provide recommendations and capitalize on opportunities.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and trade investments to ensure return on investment and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Oversee the introduction and activation of new products, innovations, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Shopper Insights, and Marketing to create customized customer solutions.
• Track sales performance, promotional execution, and merchandising compliance utilizing scorecards and performance monitoring.
• Engage in customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
• Deliver reporting, analysis, and insights regarding account performance, opportunities, and competitive activities.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive sales or account management experience in consumer packaged goods or similar fields.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex national or regional retail accounts with quantifiable sales and share growth, particularly in Grocery/Dollar channels.
• Proficient in developing and executing customer business plans and trade initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing pricing, promotions, and trade budgets.
• Familiarity with sales analytics tools, CRM platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%, including overnight stays.
• Preferred: experience in consumer goods, tobacco, or regulated sectors.
• Preferred: familiarity with revenue growth management, Power BI, Nielsen, or other relevant analytics platforms.
• Preferred: advanced understanding of distributor incentive programs and performance scorecards.
• Must be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials weighing up to or exceeding 45 lbs.
• Ability to navigate convenience stores, warehouses, and retail settings, including climbing ladders and working in tight or confined spaces.
• Capability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
