This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Take ownership of the commercial strategy and implementation for designated Mass channels, focusing on distribution growth, sales performance, and profitable advancement across major accounts.
• Oversee daily account management involving distributors, cross-functional teams, and retail partners.
• Recognize and prioritize untapped opportunities by channel, customer, and product.
• Create plans for distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Enhance sales volume, revenue, and profitability through data-driven sales techniques, customer-specific pricing, promotional tactics, and trade investment oversight.
• Collaborate with clients on category management and assortment strategies.
• Work alongside Field Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain on store resets, product launches, and in-store initiatives.
• Develop and deliver tailored annual and quarterly business plans.
• Represent Swisher at trade shows, industry gatherings, and client meetings.
• Track performance, execution quality, and market feedback, making plan adjustments as necessary.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales.
• In-depth customer knowledge and experience managing Walmart accounts.
• Familiarity with Walmart systems and operational processes.
• Proficient in Scintilla data and analytics.
• Experience working with Walmart Connect and Walmart.com platforms.
• Knowledge of Joint Business Planning (JBP) and its execution.
• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of employment.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing 45 lbs or more.
• Capability to navigate convenience stores, warehouses, and retail environments, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
