This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take charge of the commercial strategy and implementation for designated Mass channels, promoting distribution growth, sales performance, and profitable advancement across major accounts.
• Oversee daily account management in collaboration with distributor, cross-functional, and retail partners.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities in white space across channels, customers, and products.
• Convert insights into actionable plans for distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Enhance sales volume, revenue, and profitability through data-informed selling, tailored pricing strategies, promotional tactics, and disciplined trade investment oversight.
• Collaborate with customers on category management and assortment strategies.
• Provide insight-driven business reviews that reinforce Swisher’s position as a value-added category partner.
• Work together with Field Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain to implement store resets, launches, and in-store initiatives.
• Create and present customized annual and quarterly business plans.
• Represent Swisher at national and regional trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Track performance, execution quality, and market feedback, adjusting strategies to bridge gaps and leverage opportunities.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience managing Walmart accounts.
• Familiarity with Walmart systems and processes.
• Experience utilizing Scintilla data and analytics.
• Proficiency with Walmart Connect and Walmart.com platforms.
• Experience in Joint Business Planning (JBP) and its execution.
• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of employment.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays, based on geographic area and customer requirements.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing 45 lbs or more.
• Capability to navigate convenience stores, warehouses, and retail settings, including climbing ladders and working in tight or confined spaces.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
