This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans for national partners.
• Recognize growth opportunities within both existing and new accounts to enhance revenue and service penetration.
• Coordinate account objectives with overarching company goals in partnership with leadership.
• Act as the main liaison for national clients, fostering trusted relationships across partner organizations.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic meetings.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization while considering operational capabilities.
• Monitor account metrics such as volume, revenue, estimate accuracy, customer satisfaction, cycle time, and carrier KPIs.
• Deliver reporting and analysis to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Leverage data to create actionable insights and enhance the partnership experience.
• Address account-level challenges by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective action planning.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, marketing, and training teams on account initiatives.
• Spearhead or engage in cross-functional initiatives to enhance partner experience and relationships.
• Ensure that account activities comply with contractual obligations and service level expectations.
• Take part in contract renewal discussions and the onboarding process for strategic accounts.
• Keep records of agreements, renewals, and compliance activities.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.
• Drive initiatives that enhance consistency, quality, and communication throughout the account lifecycle.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer expectations, and competitor offerings.
• At least 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry, focusing on operations, account management, or customer relations.
• Proven track record in managing high-impact accounts and consistently achieving or surpassing performance goals.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting and influencing at all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel overnight 50% of the time, including air travel.
• Experience in managing contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and service level expectations.
• Capability to represent the company with professionalism and credibility at senior leadership levels.
• Proficient in PC, Repair Management Software (CCC/Mitchell), Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Office, and online research tools.
• Thorough understanding of key account needs, challenges, priorities, and opportunities.
• Awareness of market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to think strategically and drive performance enhancements aligned with business goals.
• Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
• Competency in monitoring carrier performance and recognizing trends or anomalies.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
