This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve revenue, distribution, and trade funding targets for Albertsons and Winco channels in accordance with the company's sales strategies and budgets.
• Assume full sales and P&L accountability for major retailers.
• Oversee headquarters operations for Albertsons and Winco.
• Build quarterly relationships with new ABSCO regions and essential divisions.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics to pinpoint opportunities, enhance internal forecasting, and guide field sales and merchandising teams to expand the customer base.
• Evaluate consumption and distributor data to uncover challenges and opportunities.
• Manage divisional pricing and item discontinuations.
• Lead Albertsons divisional and distributor trade shows within the designated territory.
• Propel new product and category distribution efforts.
• Execute retailer promotional plans and shopper marketing strategies.
• Supervise and coordinate with broker partners, including setting objectives, conducting quarterly scorecard evaluations, aligning priorities, and ensuring execution against distribution, merchandising, promotional, and revenue targets.
• Achieve distribution, shelf management, pricing, and promotional goals across all accounts.
• Coordinate distribution between KeHE and direct channels while determining the optimal route to market.
• Participate in internal quarterly business assessments with executive leadership.
• Take charge of organizational goals and seek new sales opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly market tours across key markets.
• Travel up to 65% of the time.
• 5–7 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
• Required knowledge and experience working with Albertsons headquarters or key divisions.
• Broker experience is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong skills in teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in sales planning, trade management, and forecasting.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, high-demand setting.
• Highly detail-oriented and self-sufficient.
• Passionate about natural and organic products.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, sales meetings, and calls approximately 65% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Analytical and data-driven thinker with robust data analysis capabilities, experienced with SPINS, Nielsen, and Numerator data.
• Familiarity with trade management and demand planning software.
• Proficient in PC skills, including online applications and the MS Office Suite.
• Must be a U.S. resident.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
