
National Account Executive – Leisure Groups

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Acquire new clients and enhance the existing business portfolio within Leisure Groups.
• Take full ownership of customers within the assigned sector.
• Identify and onboard new clients.
• Implement Company and Business Unit strategic objectives within specified budgets.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders within a designated out-of-home (OOH) market route.
• Manage accounts within selected sectors and meet established KPIs, including new business, IR, contribution, NPD, distribution, and promotional loading and management.
• Create, negotiate, and execute joint business plans with major customers.
• Collaborate with the broader account team and Demand Planning on forecasts and account availability.
• Establish, oversee, and comply with authorized CI budgets and trading conditions.
• Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to customer promotional activities.
• Analyze and share business insights utilizing IRI, Kantar, and category data.
• Foster relationships with key clients, from CEOs to warehouse operatives.
• Coordinate internal communications and processes with NAEs, NAMs, Head of On Trade, and BUD.
• Maintain transparent external communication regarding business decisions that impact customers.
• Degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Background in an FMCG company, preferably with experience in marketing, sales promotion, and P&L management.
• Proven experience in managing key accounts, particularly in the FMCG sector, focusing on head office account management and customer relationship development.
• Proficient IT skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Capable of learning new software packages (Trinamix, IRI/Kantar, CGA).
• Strong numeracy skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in remote settings.
• Understanding of sales techniques.
• Knowledge of the On Trade Industry.
• Familiarity with market routes, both indirect and direct customers.
• Highly driven to achieve success.
