This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding the utilization of Salesforce solutions by K-12 institutions.
• Advocate for Salesforce platform solutions within K-12 educational settings.
• Actively seek out and establish new contractual partnerships with K-12 schools and districts.
• Formulate sales strategies to cover accounts in a designated geographic area.
• Collaborate with Account and Territory team members to pinpoint target accounts.
• Generate and drive revenue within a specified region and/or a designated list of named accounts.
• Create business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting existing Salesforce clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and support during deal closure.
• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Promote brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation through networking and affiliations.
• Maintain precise forecasting of accounts and opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention of contracts.
• Collaborate as part of a larger Account Team while directing the overall account strategy.
• Drive self-generated sales opportunities as an Individual Contributor.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise EdTech sales.
• Demonstrated success in sales as an Individual Contributor and within a team context.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player in a co-selling environment.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Exceptional professional presence and business insight.
• Experience selling at the “C” level, including Superintendents, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers, Procurement, and Executive Management.
• Ability to collaborate with solution engineering teams to develop compelling demonstration scenarios.
• Highly effective in online meetings, hangouts, and conference calls.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
