N1 Network Monitoring Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Acquire and master the necessary skills and processes for the position

• Adhere to both internal and external procedures

• Contribute to ongoing improvement and actively suggest solutions

• Identify potential risks and escalate alerts to the Team Leader

• Report malfunctions and issues that have significant technical implications

• Conduct initial diagnostics and provide technical resolutions for tickets

• Document technical activities in the ticketing system

• Prepare management-requested activity reports

• Escalate unresolved tickets when necessary

• Manage incidents, service requests, and change tasks within established timeframes and according to SLAs

• Respond to monitoring alerts

• Process emails received in the team inbox

• Handle incoming calls

• Contribute to service enhancement, team engagement, and activity documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in monitoring environments such as CA Spectrum, EfficientIP, Aviat Portal / Provision, EMS / LCT ECI, Splunk, NetFlow, vROps, ENM

• Familiarity with Cisco, Alcatel, and Hirschmann routers and switches

• Understanding of firewalls, modems, and PABX systems

• Proficient in ServiceNow (ITZMI), PuTTY, SecureCRT, and WebSAV OBS

• Knowledge of infrastructure and middleware environments, including AD domains and Veeam

• Adherence to procedures, security regulations, and SLAs

• Proficiency in French is mandatory for this role
