Music Production Expert, Russian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated music based on musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production/mix standards.

• Categorize songs by genre, structure, instrumentation, vocals, and other musical features.

• Assess AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference materials to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Evaluate generative music AI models in both Russian and English.

• Successfully complete a Bilingual Competency Interview in Russian.

• Offer musical insights and expertise to initiatives aimed at improving and training AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native command of the Russian language.

• Capability to adhere to detailed written instructions provided in English.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in roles such as music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.

• Access to headphones or studio monitors that are appropriate for critical listening.

• Formal education in music performance, theory, or composition is a plus.

• Experience with credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work is desirable.

• Strong familiarity with modern Russian music genres, sub-genres, and artists is advantageous.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
