Music Audio Expert – German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess outputs from generative musical AI models across various music genres in German.

• Review lyrics, voice generation, and other standards pertaining to model outputs.

• Evaluate the quality of musical training data.

• Compare AI-generated music samples on aspects such as musicality, creativity, adherence to prompts, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.

• Employ audio-engineering terminology during the evaluation of samples.

• Provide detailed annotations for songs using a structured taxonomy.

• Categorize genres and sub-genres, song structures, and vocal/instrumental traits.

• Complete a 25-minute conversational interview and onboarding process.

• Collaborate on projects aimed at training and improving AI systems for leading AI laboratories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or sound mixer.

• Proven experience in composing music in German.

• Ability to comprehend instructions in English.

• Strong understanding of musical performance, music theory, and lyrics.

• Bachelor's degree in music focusing on performance, theory, and lyrics.

• Previous experience writing lyrical music in German.

• Native or near-native fluency in both German and English.

• Must be capable of working as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
