Multimedia Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Transform finalized storyboards and scripts into refined, captivating video assets

• Collaborate with the CMO, product marketing, and design teams to evaluate, challenge, and enhance storyboards

• Create and animate product marketing videos that highlight CoLab’s capabilities

• Generate a high volume of short-form demand-generation and social media videos

• Use motion design to animate or enhance product workflows, guiding viewer focus and enhancing understanding

• Select audio, voiceover, and visual resources that align with CoLab’s branding and tone

• Oversee projects from storyboard handoff to final delivery, adhering to a rapid, iterative schedule with minimal supervision

• Produce animations for product marketing, demand-generation/social media videos, and brand-centric content

• Release one animated product marketing video monthly and at least three short-form clips each quarter initially, increasing to two animations per month and ultimately one per week

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in motion design, animation, or multimedia production, preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS setting

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Practical knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator

• Familiarity with Figma, Blender, and screen-recording software

• A compelling motion design and video editing portfolio showcasing product explainers, UI animations, and polished brand-oriented content

• Capability to convert technical workflows into engaging, visually appealing animated formats

• Strong understanding of brand design and the ability to adhere to strict brand guidelines and established design systems

• Knowledge of audio elements, including music, voiceover, and sound design

• Bonus: experience in 3D animation, Lottie, or engineering-related software
