Multi-Skilled Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Address service requests for minor repairs involving a diverse range of in-store equipment, such as food and beverage machinery, ice makers, and fuel dispensers.

• Manage orders pertaining to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance concerns.

• Oversee parts inventory management.

• Prepare daily reports to promote operational efficiency.

• Provide training to other Level I technicians.

• Prioritize tasks effectively.

• Conduct basic maintenance on physical structures.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in general repairs and maintenance.

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Skills in peer-to-peer technical support.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capacity to manage stretch assignments.

• Ownership of facility location responsibilities.

• Proficient time management skills.
