MuleSoft / Salesforce Integration Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and create enterprise-level APIs and integration flows utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager).

• Construct robust endpoints that connect Salesforce with external ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite, as well as custom databases and legacy backend applications.

• Implement both synchronous and asynchronous patterns through REST/SOAP web services, AnyPoint MQ, Kafka, and the Salesforce Pub/Sub API.

• Develop intricate data transformations with DataWeave 2.0 to facilitate data mapping between enterprise systems.

• Create custom programmatic components for Salesforce, including Apex REST/SOAP callouts, Apex web services, and Platform Events.

• Ensure adherence to security standards such as OAuth 2.0 authentication, SSL/TLS encryption, and API policy enforcement.

• Diagnose and enhance integration performance by addressing API latency, payload bottlenecks, and challenges related to bulk data loading.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in core middleware and CRM integration, with at least 4 years focused on developing Salesforce-related connections.

• Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, and Salesforce programmatic tools (Apex, Triggers).

• In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), JSON/XML payloads, and Salesforce API governance (Governor Limits).

• Required certification: MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1) OR Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer.

• Preferred certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1).

• Previous experience with large-scale, real-time data synchronization pipelines across global, multi-region database architectures is preferred.
