Moving Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Moving subject matter expert for Sirva Relocation.

• Serve as the main point of contact for the agent network and third-party services.

• Ensure compliance with systems.

• Provide allocation recommendations to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.

• Manage escalations effectively.

• Conduct system audits to verify agent network compliance.

• Oversee cost controls and the approval process for exceptions and third-party costs.

• Function as the primary liaison for SIRVA Relocation and the agent network throughout the relocation process.

• Collaborate with team members to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

• Partner with IT on system improvements.

• Maintain documentation of all interactions with agents and Relocation.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree or business diploma is required (or equivalent experience).

• Exceptional skills in customer service.

• Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Background in Domestic Household Goods is preferred.

• Self-motivated individual.
