Motion Graphics, Animation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, design, and create 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for video campaigns, brand materials, and social media platforms.

• Transform creative briefs and scripts into engaging, emotive animated sequences.

• Integrate live-action footage with animation, motion graphics, VFX, and sound to produce polished, cinematic experiences.

• Utilize After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related software to edit, composite, and develop high-quality animated sequences.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to generate ideas and enhance storyboards.

• Uphold standards for file organization, color profiles, rendering, and delivery across various platforms.

• Convert creative and client feedback into effective solutions.

• Apply creative judgment during sequence development; motion and animation are the core competencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or post-production within a creative agency or production studio.

• Advanced skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

• Strong experience in VFX, compositing, and animation workflows.

• Familiarity with Final Cut Pro and CapCut is an advantage.

• Excellent compositional instincts that merge typography, color, and shape through motion.

• Profound understanding of animation principles, video formats, codecs, and color spaces/profiles.

• A robust portfolio showcasing advanced animation, motion graphics, and storytelling capabilities.

• Creative adaptability across various styles, from sleek corporate to bold and experimental.

• A portfolio of work is required for later stages of the interview process.
