This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Guide consumers throughout the loan application process, including follow-up, interest rate locking, and loan closing.

• Oversee an active pipeline of loan applications to optimize monthly loan closures while achieving margin objectives.

• Engage with consumers to gather necessary loan documentation.

• Collaborate with Processors, Closers, and other team members to surpass production targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Collect relevant loan application information and foster consumer relationships.

• Utilize mortgage industry expertise to educate consumers and aid in complex loan decisions.

• Maintain relationships with current and previous consumers, Realtors, Customer Experience teams, Corporate Clients, Directors, and external stakeholders.

• Establish referral connections, enhance conversion rates, offer innovative solutions, and address challenges.

• Stay updated on current mortgage programs, products, and guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing continuing education to uphold necessary state licensing and professional credentials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in direct-to-consumer loan origination is advantageous.

• Completion of specialized mortgage lending courses is preferred.

• A minimum of two years in mortgage origination or loan operations is preferred.

• Strong customer service orientation with exceptional sales abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Highly driven and goal-focused, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Preferred understanding of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulations.

• Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS.

• Compliance with all Federal S.A.F.E. Act and State S.A.F.E. regulations is required.

• Fingerprinting and background checks are mandatory.

• Adherence to restricted parties lists and completion of credit checks is required.

• Ability to demonstrate personal financial responsibility is essential.

• Pre-licensing education and testing are required.

• Continuous education is necessary to maintain required state licensing and professional designations.

• Preferred state licenses include Texas, California, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
