Mortgage Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Recruit Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and prospective customers to facilitate the growth of Texana Bank.

• Create and execute recruitment strategies for agents that align with the goals of Texana Bank.

• Engage in outreach, networking, and field recruiting initiatives to expand the branch network.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.

• Guarantee no participation in loan origination or point-of-sale systems.

• This is a non-originating role; NMLS registration is not required.

• Must refrain from participating in licensed mortgage activities.

• Must uphold compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Must avoid any involvement in loan origination or point-of-sale systems.

• Position is classified as hourly/non-exempt.

• Base wages are required.
